Mowogo Lodge Shipping, Return, and Refund Policies
In 2011, Mowogo Lodge began offering online registration for events and online pre-ordering of certain trading post items. Online registration and orders also have an online payment option through Authorize.net.
Mowogo Lodge does not provide shipping servcies for trading post orders. Any trading post orders placed online will be held in the Mowogo Lodge Trading Post at Camp Rainey Mountain, and will be available for pickup at the next available Mowogo Lodge event.
Mowogo Lodge does not accept returns for refund of trading post merchandise. Any merchandise found to be defective can be echanged in the Mowogo Lodge Trading Post at Camp Rainey Mountain. All merchandise should be inspected upon pickup at the Trading Post so that any required exchange can be made at that time.
Mowogo Lodge does not provide refunds for event registration fees or trading post orders. In specific cases when a member is unable to attend an event for which they are pre-registered and paid, the registration fee may be applied to a future event. To make a request for a registration fee deferral, please contact the Mowogo Lodge administration staff at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
