Lodge Goals for 2024

• Visit and offer a unit election for 100% of the units in the Northeast Georgia Council
• Have two ceremony teams for each ceremony at our main induction events
• Compete in all competitions at Conclave and Win!
• Have a sizable increase in all of the following: unit elections, induction completion, activation, and brotherhood conversion percentages.
• Have more people trained who enjoy being the following: Elangomats, Ceremonialists, Engineers, Trading Post Volunteers, and Admin staff
• Have a Thriving Lodge according to the Performance Measurement Program
• Have at least 10 hours of service per member

Lodge Chief's Personal Goals for 2024

• Build Chapter totems at Camp Rainey Mountain and a Lodge totem at Scoutland to remind scouts that Mowogo lodge is just as connected to those camps as they are.
• Create a council wide camping guide for units to use.
• Implement the Polestar membership training and expanding our Lodge Leadership Development Conferences(LLDCs) to better prepare lodge and chapter leadership.
• Build an online community with the youth through social media platforms such as Instagram to promote comradery even outside of lodge functions.
• Develop a service project leader training to enable better facilitation and efficiency of service projects.
• Promote high adventure through the lodge and national programs.
