Lodge Goals for 2026

  • 85% of all units in Northeast Georgia Council will have an onsite visit from a Lodge Election Team
  • Increase to the listed percentages in the following categories:
    • Brotherhood Conversion Percentage to 50%
    • Induction Completion to 80%
    • Youth Activation Rate to 60%
    • Have 7 ceremonies practices during the year to ensure proper preparations for induction weekends
  • Reach the “High Achieving Lodge” milestone using metrics from the OA Lodge Performance Measurement Program

 

Lodge Chief's Personal Goals for 2026

  • Reaffirm the Lodge’s commitment to Love One Another
  • Work with the council’s community partners to develop a Lodge-wide day of service
  • Build our membership back up to at least 575
  • Put out 3 emails and social media posts prior to all Lodge events
  • Ensure that the VCIA and Induction team members attend and are trained in the new national induction ceremonies
  • Develop rules and introduce them to the LEC for inclusion into the Lodge’s Bylaws
