Request Online Registration or Order Form
If you are organizing an event or setting up a trading post order and and wish to have on online registration or order form added to the website, there is certain information that must be provided to the Admin Team to make that happen. The info fields in the following tables are needed when you make your request.
Event Registration Form
The following information is needed for new event registration forms. Please compile the needed information and submit via email using the following link.

Description |
Event Name/Title | This is the name that will appear on the Upcoming Events and Registration Events lists. |
Event Type | Lodge, Chapter, Regional, National |
Event Host | Who is hosting the event? Lodge, chapter, section, etc. If a chapter is hosting, which chapter? |
Event Description | Paragraphs of text that describe the event purpose, activities, what to bring, dress, details about food, etc. This information will be used in both the calendar and on the event registration form description. |
Event Start Date/Time | Date and time the event starts |
Event End Date/Time | Date and time the event ends |
Event Location | Where will the event be held... CRM, Scoutland, Rotary, elsewhere? |
Registration Start Date/Time | Date and time the admin team will open online registration |
Registration End Date/Time | Date and time the admin team will close online registration. No additional online registration will be accepted after this date/time. |
Email addresses | Email addresses of individuals that need to receive individual registration emails besides the admin team, if any. Chief, adviser, etc. |
Cost of Event | Event cost per participant. |
Late fee and date |
Will this event have a late fee for registrations received after a certain date. If so, what is the late fee? |
Late fee deadline | If the event has a late fee, it will be applied after this date/time. |
Payment options | Choices include "Pay Online via Credit Card" or "Pay at the Door". You can select one of the options or both. If pay online is chosen/allowed, you will need to request a check for registration fees from Lodge finance to cover expenses. |
Are walk-ins allowed |
Are walk-in participants allowed that have not pre registered online? If so, are there any special notes/instructions for walk-ins? For example, a walk-in participant may not receive lunch or a patch given they did not pre-register. |
Registration Spreadsheet | Is a spreadsheet of registrants needed after the close of registration? If so, provide an email address of the individual who should receive a copy of the spreadsheet. |
Trading Post Order Form
The following information is needed for new trading post order forms. Please compile the needed infoinformation and submit via email using the following link. Note that trading post orders will only be set up with the "Pay Online via Credit Card" payment option.

Order Name/Title | This is the name that will appear on the Trading Post order form lists. |
Order Description | Paragraphs of text that describe the items to be ordered, costs, limits, complete with images/photos. This also should include information about when oders will arrive along with instructions for order distribution or pick up. |
Event Start Date/Time | Date and time the associated event starts. For example if this is for a Conclave Patch, we usually use the date of the Conclave event. |
Event End Date/Time | Date and time the associated event ends. See above |
Event Location | Where will the associated event be held... CRM, Scoutland, Rotary, elsewhere? |
Order Start Date/Time | Date and time the admin team will open online order form |
Order End Date/Time | Date and time the admin team will close online orders. No additional online orders will be accepted after this date/time. |
Email addresses | Email addresses of individuals that need to receive order emails besides the admin team. Adviser, vice chief, etc., if any. |
Cost of individual items |
Cost per item. If multiple items can be orderd, this needs to be an itemized cost list. |
Item Limits | If there is a max limit per order for an item, provide the maximum number. If there are multiple items with limiits, this needs to be an itemized list with limit count per item. |
Special Instructions |
Any additional special instructions for orders. |
Order Spreadsheet | Email address for who should receive a copy of the order spreadsheet after orders have been closed. |
