2026 Mowogo Indian Winter
Fellow Wearers of the Arrow,
I hope this e-mail finds you all well, as we approach the end of 2025. My name is Alexander Estes, and I have the high honor of serving as the Lodge's Vice Chief of Indian Affairs for 2026. There are a lot of things that I want to achieve to make our American Indian Affairs(AIA) program so much better. I believe everyone should have the oppurtunity to explore this program to better understand the deep symbolism of why we wear the arrow over our right shoulder.
On January 24th, 2026, we will host Mowogo Indian Winter at Camp Rainey Mountain. This will become our yearly workday, where we will also do work in our Ceremonies, as well as in our Drum and Dance program. We will form standing teams for all Ceremonies on that day. If you are even remotely interested in joining or learning more about our program, please do attend! We will also serve lunch there for everyone. More details will be posted as we move closer to the date of MIW. The deadline for the registration form attached below is January 12th at midnight. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me or Mr. Britt Bramblett. Thank you for all that you do for our lodge!!
