Fall Fellowship is Two Weeks Away!

Brothers,

I hope you all are doing well and having an amazing Halloween!

There is now a little more than two weeks left until Fall Fellowship begins and you have ten days until the late fee is placed in effect. Register here

At our second-ever Fall Fellowship, outside of the service, prepare for chances to check out lodge memorabilia, trade patches, or try your chance in our auctions, explore Scoutland under the gorgeous fall colors, have some amazing food such as roasted pork loin, and meet new people who you will be friends with for a long time.

If you went through your Brotherhood in May this year or are still Ordeal before that point, you will be eligible for Brotherhood! Simply click "Converting to Brotherhood" during registration or email me if you already registered.

Finally, I encourage you to reach out and invite eligible scouts this weekend. If any scouts are at school with you or in your unit, talk to them about whether they can make it and send them the proper information. If they have any worries or concerns, be there to help them out. This is the last ordeal opportunity of the year and we are going to go out with a bang!

Both myself and your Chapter Chief will be open if you have any questions.

  • Who: Mowogo Arrowmen and all eligible Scouts. Share the word!
  • What: Mowogo Fall Fellowship
  • When: November 15th - 17th
  • Where: Scoutland
  • How: Register here

Register for Fall Fellowship today!

Good Afternoon Arrowmen!

I hope you all are having an amazing autumn season!

In three weeks from now, registration for our Mowogo Fall Fellowship will close. Register now here or at Mowogo.org and avoid the late fee in early November!

Fall Fellowship is our final ordeal of the year and it shakes things up by being held at Scoutland under the beautiful fall colors! At fall fellowship, get ready to spend a weekend with friends, games, and brotherhood, and have some amazing Mowogo food. There will also be a chance for all brothers to get their Brotherhood at this event. You will be eligible if you did your ordeal in May!

It is also Troop election season! Encourage your troop to begin contacting your Chapter and getting in touch to schedule an election. If you have any scout in your unit that is eligible, I highly encourage you to invite them and go through their Ordeal! Not only is that another friend you will have this weekend but this could also develop them further down the line as a leader.

Please reach out if you have any questions or need help. I will always be here!

I look forward to seeing you there!

Mowogo Event Registration Errors

During a recent software update to the mowogo.org website, a bug was introduced which caused event registration forms to fail when submitted. The problem has been corrected and event registration forms should now be functioning normally. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Before reattempting registration for an event, please close and reopen the browser window for the mowogo.org site. This will force the webpage to reload.

The reCaptcha security test can initially fail when a new browser, email address, etc. is used. If you see a reCaptcha test failure on the first attempt, clicking the submit button a second time will usually send the registration form through successfully.

Please contact webmaster@mowogo.org if you continue to experience any problems.

Fall Fellowship is One Month away! Nov 15 - 17 @ Scoutland

Brothers and sisters,

Our second-ever Fall Fellowship event is now only one month away! Be sure to sign up here!

Fall Fellowship is our only Lodge event at Scoutland and as a result, you will get a truly unique and new experience you will not get at another Mowogo event.

Fall Fellowship is a weekend dedicated to service and there will be opportunities for all Arrowmen at the weekend. There will be a chance to get Brotherhood for all current ordeal members, chances to learn leadership or other skills with Elangomating and ceremonies, opportunities to catch up with your friends in the lodge, or if you would simply want to enjoy the gorgeous fall colors at Lake Lanier. We will also have games, fellowship, and other activities!

Since Fall Fellowship is an ordeal weekend, I encourage you to invite any candidates in your troop who have not yet done their ordeal to try out the OA and see what a community we truly are. There will also be opportunities to help out new members during the weekend. If you would like to try Elangomating and be a friend for new members, email Sankalp at lodge.vcm@mowogo.org. If you would like to work ceremonies either as a ceremonialist or logistics as an engineer email Andrew at lodge.vcia@mowogo.org. If you would like to help out in the Dining Hall or during Registration email Kit-Kat at lodge.vca@mowogo.org, and if you would like to support the communications team during the weekend email me at lodge.vcc@mowogo.org.

I am excited to see you here!
